Split protein/peptide identification file into several files according to annotated file origin.

Input file, in which the protein/peptide identifications must be tagged with 'file_origin' [idXML] The path to this file is used as the output directory. [idXML,Inactive] The text sent to standard out during the execution of IDRipper. The text sent to standard error during the execution of IDRipper. (If it appears in gray, it's the output of a previously failing run which is preserved for your trouble shooting.)
